Terms of Use
Last updated August 26, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to Invoice Maker, an app published by Elevate Scale Limited ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Invoice Maker, you agree to these terms.
App license
The license to use the Invoice Maker application itself is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the App Store, which you can find at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms of Use supplement that agreement and specifically address our subscriptions and how the app is meant to be used.
Subscriptions
Invoice Maker offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through Apple In-App Purchase:
- Monthly: $9.99
- Yearly: $49.99
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in accordance with Apple's standard auto-renewable subscription mechanism. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and use Restore Purchases to re-sync your subscription status, at any time - see our Support page for how.
Your invoice, business and payment data
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business, client, invoice, tax and payment information you enter into Invoice Maker, and for the invoices you create and send using it. Invoice Maker does not verify this information and stores it locally on your device - see our Privacy Policy for details.
Not tax, legal or accounting advice
Invoice Maker suggests default currencies and tax rates for convenience only. It is not a tax engine, and nothing in the app constitutes tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for confirming the correct tax treatment, business registration and legal requirements that apply to your invoices in your jurisdiction.
No payment processing
Invoice Maker does not process, transmit or hold payments on your behalf, and is not a payment processor. Any bank details, payment links or QR codes shown on an invoice are simply a display of information you entered yourself, for your client's convenience. Any actual payment happens entirely outside the app, through whichever bank, payment provider or link you chose to include.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invoice Maker to create fraudulent, deceptive or illegal invoices, or to misuse the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Invoice Maker and delete it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features, though we intend to give reasonable notice where practical.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Invoice Maker is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes with your clients over invoices created with it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
